Syarat Penyertaan Pertandingan Fotografi
– Open to all except ICT Incubator Centre Sdn Bhd & Permodalan Kelantan Berhad STAFF
– Only pictures taken around the state of Kelantan only be eligible to participate
– Each picture must be sent with the caption, location, camera model and date picture taken
– All photos must be original and taken by the participant
– Pictures must be submitted in softcopy (DVD @ VCD)
**All images are sent to the right of the organizer.
