RESIDENT ENGINEER
Our firms in collaboration with Kelantan State Economic Development Corporation (KSEDC) are looking for an experience Resident Engineer with qualification and experience to supervise the construction works that is going to commence soon.

Key Accountabilities:
Supervise construction works at site and to ensure project is constructed in accordance to approved drawings and specifications
Monitor, highlight and report on safety issues at the site and also monitor contractor’s performance
Implement Quality Assurance and Testing procedures
Verify contractor progress claim and to assist in finalization of accounts
Manage proper site records and to monitor progress of construction works
Provide report to the SO on construction activities.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering-Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
Experience in high rise building and housing is preferred
Design office experience would be an added advantage.
Good reporting and supervisory skills
Knowledge/experience in working in a Quality Environment and hands-on in solving site problems
