BuduControl software has been designed and developed for small internet cafe. BuduControl can monitor and control remote PCs in local network to facilitate cyber cafe operators. BuduControl is very easy and friendly to use.

About BuduControl Software

BuduControl can perform the following remote action on client PCs in local network such as lock/unlock screen, logoff, restart, send warning or shutdown remote PCs. If the Admin is away from the desktop, you have the option to lock the screen to avoid any unauthorised used.

With BuduControl, you can also record your daily collection and expense/billing details. A simple income calculation is also available for your analysis. Record for asset purchases has been incorporated into BuduControl software. This will allow you to monitor your asset.

BuduControl will display PC time usage on real time basis and being updated every second. The currency is based on your computer regional setting which you can change at your own preference.

With BuduLock the Admin can now transfer any customer to any vacant PC at ease. If your customers want to change their PC, BuduLock can easily transfer their time usage and other info to the new PC.

How to use BuduControl

1. Download and unzip the file. Then run file name “BuduControlInstaller.exe”. From the installation screen, select “Install Admin” for Admin PC and select “Install Client” for all client PCs.
2. Run BuduControl software at Admin PC and setup all IP address for client PCs. (Go to Tools > IP Mgmt)
3. Setup the charge rate for PC usage
4. At each client PCs, make sure the firewall gives exception to the software.
4. That’s it and you can now start using BuduControl software. At Admin PC, the login user name is “budu” with blank password.

System Requirements

BuduControl software has been tested on Vista and 7.

Important Points to Note

1. Your firewall must give exception to the software.
2. Whenever you start the client PC, it will automatically lock the screen.
3. Task Manager will be disabled on every client PCs to avoid your customers from terminating the application.
4. If you have installed on client PC but do not give exception to firewall, you may have problem to remove the lock screen later on because the Admin PC may not be able to unlock the client’s screen. If you encounter this problem, email our support at mytikus@gmail.com for help.
